Ruleset Discussion

The Bullet Hell Supplement Ruleset is a pretty big deal. The problem was, is that I couldn't add this type of information into the base game system because I didn't have enough room for that. I wanted to try and take care of a few things with it, to be able to make it a more fun and interesting experience. One being the EN moves, the Bullet Hell triple shot and the others. It's fun, I didn't want to give others a reason to make their own EN moves because of possible OP actions and making the base game not as fun with this additional ruleset added. 

This is a pretty significant change as it acts as a little overhaul for Version 2.1, there is good reason why some of the changes in there are "optional" to add into the base game, to reduce any possible OP'ness. Now, I can't tell anyone not to use em, but I ask that you treat the Additional rules with caution as to not overpower anyone or make anyone feel like your game isn't fair. Feel free to homebrew it a little bit to make it interesting. :)
