I'm not working on this Ruleset any longer, I decided to update this one.

I'm not working on this format anymore. I decided to get rid of the Health Bars, which are now found in the base which is 2.8. Now this isn't to say, you could homebrew it and add these rules to your games. However, I will admit that it may not be the best idea. I added and re-did the Ruleset for Ruleset 1, which can be found in my homepage and dashboard where you can find it, and download it, without a hitch. I want people to run games, using these rules as optional use. This is by no means, part of the base game system. 

It is pretty clear, that you can use them for your games in the future. However, I have not created an EN section for where you could put it on your character sheets yet. While, you can create a pretty basic character sheet using the Hanger section as an example, this is just a small start to something awesome later on in the games future.
